SHIPPING:

Shipping is FREE :) Orders are shipped out between 1-2 business days. We do not offer cancellations at this time. Please confirm that the shipping address within your order is correct prior to purchasing. Notify us immediately upon checkout if your shipping address is incorrect and you need to change it. Can't guarantee it can be changed as we are very fast with getting orders out

Usually US shipments take about a week to arrive but due to COVID-19, your local mail carrier may be taking longer to deliver package to you than normal. All packages ship within 1-2 business day but the USPS has been taking 24-48 hrs to scan in packages. Sometimes it does not show any sign of movement till it goes out for delivery.

We are not responsible for shipping delays. We ship as fast as we possibly can! We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes to arrive. Priority mail shipping is your fastest option which is available at checkout. If it doesn't arrive after 30 days since the day it got scanned in by the USPS then we will resend your item or give a refund.

We do ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, depending on the country. We are not responsible for customs fees. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please allow up to 2 months for your item to be delivered. Sorry for the inconvenience!

RETURNS:

We glady accept returns and exchanges. Contact within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
